The gardens are open year-round, but the floral displays vary by season. Photography is allowed, but drones and selfie sticks are not permitted. Child car seats: By BC law, children under 40lbs (18kg) are required to be buckled into a full forward-facing car seat. This can be provided for a fee with advance notice. Children over 40lbs and under 4’9″ must use a booster seat. Two can be provided with advance notice at no charge.
