Description

Embark on a snorkeling and Kayaking adventure in the Howe Sound UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Discover the natural beauty and biodiversity of the BC coastal region. Get up close and personal with marine wildlife, including seals, sea lions, porpoises, and whales. Cruise through breathtaking scenery, including rugged coastlines, lush forests, and towering mountains. Admire panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and capture stunning photo opportunities. Listen to commentary from your guide about the history and wildlife of Howe Sound. Learn fascinating facts about the area's marine life, and conservation efforts. Seals are known for their friendly interactions with humans in the water. They are often curious and may approach snorkelers to investigate them. They might swim around you, playfully darting in and out of view. If you choose not to splash in the water you can take the Kayaks or paddle boards that we have on board and soak up all the magnificent views and wildlife surrounding us. Summer season from May to September : Snorkeling or Kayaking. Fall season October – November : Kayaking only. Spring season March – April : Kayaking only.
