This is an exclusive transfer service for your group only. A designated pickup time is required for all cruise port pick-ups—you can select your preferred time during booking or receive a recommendation based on your flight schedule.

Complimentary wait time at the cruise terminal is up to 45 minutes from the scheduled pickup. If contact cannot be made beyond this time, the driver may leave. Additional wait time can be arranged with the local provider, subject to vehicle availability and additional fees.

Cruise Terminal Pickup Procedure:

• After disembarking, collect your luggage and complete customs and immigration procedures.
• Proceed to Door D following signs for “Limousines, Shuttles, & Private Tours.”
• Check in with the Port Attendant at the Limousine Dispatch Booth, and provide your name and that KJ Limousine Services is your provider.
• The driver will be dispatched from an off-site area and will arrive within approximately 8 to 10 minutes at the passenger pickup zone.
